On October 28, 2016, the California Department of Education (CDE) has published their Proposition 39 Grant Allocations for 2016-2017.  This is Year Four in the Proposition 39 Program.  Many School Districts will receive 30-50% increase in funds over the Fiscal Year 2015-2016, as shown in the entitlements document published on the CDE’s Prop 39 website Prop 39 Website Click Here
