October 2015- IES customers who received energy audits have been approved for over $12 million dollars by the California Energy Commission (CEC) to be delivered through the life of the Proposition 39 program. Aside from performing energy audits, IES experts helped many of these Districts develop their Energy Expenditure Plan (EEP) and submit to the state, with IES staying on board through the CEC review process to assist getting projects and funds approved. To date, these customers have actually received $4.2 million to begin implementation of their projects, with several Districts already completing projects identified by IES.
